Erin Blaylock, MSN, CPNP-PC is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin in December of 2003. She received her Master’s Degree with honors in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Lubbock in August of 2016. She has taken care of children in pediatric emergency, hospital, urgent care and primary care settings.
Erin is a mother to her son, Ellliott. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, reading, watching her son play football and going to sporting events. She is excited to join the practice at Whitestone and Liberty Hill. She looks forward to providing excellent care and watching her patients grow.
